Yes — we encourage it. Once you’ve expressed interest in a property, we’ll facilitate an introduction between you and the owner or property manager so you can arrange a viewing at a mutually convenient time.

This varies by property. Each listing specifies what is included — water, electricity, internet, and pool maintenance are commonly listed. Be sure to check the listing details and clarify with the owner before signing any agreement.

It’s simple. You submit your property details and we create a polished listing for you at no upfront cost. When a renter signs an agreement for your property, we receive a 10% referral fee based on the first month’s rent. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges.
