We couldn't find a decent way to search for long-term rentals in Lombok. So we built one.
Lombok is one of Indonesia’s most beautiful islands — and also one of the most frustrating places to find a decent long-term rental.
We arrived as expats looking for somewhere to call home for more than a few weeks. Every platform we tried was built for holiday bookings, packed with nightly rates, and completely useless for anyone wanting to rent for a month, six months, or a year. The good properties were buried in Facebook groups, passed around in WhatsApp chats, and shared through word of mouth. It wasn’t a system — it was luck.
So we decided to fix it. Lombok Listings was born from that frustration: a straightforward, honest platform dedicated exclusively to long-term rentals. Villas. Apartments. Real homes for real stays.
We’re not a big tech company. We’re people who live here, love it here, and want to make it easier for others to put down roots — even if just for a season.

We don’t list holiday rentals. Every property on our platform is available for a minimum of one month — because long-term renters deserve their own platform.

Every listing is reviewed by our team before going live. No ghost properties, no inflated descriptions — just honest information about real spaces.
Fair for Everyone
Renters browse for free. Owners only pay when a deal is made. We believe a platform should create value before it takes any.
Local Knowledge
We live and work in Lombok. That means we understand the neighbourhoods, the nuances, and the things that matter to someone planning to stay long-term.

After asking around, we discovered dozens of expats, remote workers, and locals facing the same problem. Great properties existed — they just weren’t easy to find. Owners had vacancies they couldn’t fill because they had no platform to reach the right audience.
We connected the dots. Lombok Listings is the bridge between owners who want reliable, long-term tenants and renters who want a real home — not a hotel room by the month.
Today, we’re growing a curated database of quality long-term rentals from Mataram to Kuta, Senggigi to Selong Belanak — and everywhere in between.
